Iphone 5 and Bluetooth

I am using the iPhone 5 with iOS 6.1.2, however, I am not able to use my Motorola Elite Silver bluetooth headset. It shows the headset is connected and the headset says it is connected. But whenever I receive a call it won't go through my headset. BUT what's even crazier is if I initiate the call it uses the headset no problem.

Anybody seen this or know how to fix it?
