Do the harman Kardon BT headphones work with iPhone 5?

I currently own an iPod Touch 4th Generation. I will be buying these great Harman Kardon headphones within 2 months. I know they work with iPod Touch 4th Gen. But I am not sure if they work with iPhone 5 or iOS 6. I dont want to spend 249 dollars only to find out they dont work with the iPhone, so if someone could please reply, thank you!
