Preinstalled iWork Apps

Hi,


Today I recieved my New iMac, which I selected to have iWork (Pages, Keynote & Numbers) Preinstallled, when I ordered it through the online order.


However when i go to the app store, it shows each one has an update, however when I press update: "You cannot update this software since you have not owned the major version of this software."


Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Because there are multiple but different versions of the same software. There are App Store versions where each application is sold separately so they can be installed separately without separate support files. Then there are DVD versions and Pre-bundled versions. These versions install the same basic applictions all at once coupled with separate support files that all three use.


Because these are different you cannot update them with the same update software.
