Error 4010

I know there are lots of people having this problem, everytime I try to sync my PC with my IPAD using MATCH, itunes just keeps crashing and I get some error 4010 message, I've spent several hours on the phone to Apple staff, all very helpful but have no clue how to solve this problem. Tried uninstalling Itunes, creating a new user, taking off anti-virus software and so on and on and on.. is there anyone out there who has a solution because APPLE HAVE NO IDEA and seem useless in trying to find a solution or publishing anything about it... HELP !! !!! !!!
