Q: Jewel case print option is not performing. Titles are squashed to 1" listing. Help!

The iTunes print option for a jewel case is not performing. It squashed the title listing to 1". If there are 18 songs on the playlist, you cannot read to cipher the titles. It looks like the printer is testing itself. A friend of mine is having the same problem. What's Going On!
