Mac Mini 2010 reboot once on Mountain Lion Server

I upgrade my Macmini 2010 (Core2 Duo) on Mountain Lion and install Server.

Everything works great ... but very often the macmini reboot.

Bring it to AppleStore. They re-intall Snow Leopard (cool ...) make a lot of tests and say : there is no hardware problem.

Ok, install back to Mountain Lion, install Server and ... once again get a lot of reboot ...

Any idea ?

At the store they reinstall it with snow leopard, not mountain lion.

Don't install server.

At home just have monitor connected through hdmi/dvi original cable and keyboard and track pad through Bluetooth.

Do you thing that I've to connect different devices (mouse and keyboard via USB cable and monitor through HDMI) ?
