My church's website, southchurch.org, has been enduring problems with its Outlook mail server. I am not involved with its maintenance, but the latest resulted in all of its outgoing email being blacklisted - most of which is back online, but not with icloud. How can I or my church request removal from the icloud blacklist?

No, icloud can't help. I just phoned them, and they didn't seem to be able to help, and they then hung up in the middle of me explaining the problem.

In our case our server isn't on any blacklists at mxtoolbox.com, and there is no reason for our server to be blacklisted.
Apple's documentation says you have to contact iCloud support for help with this problem: http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/.
