i cant download mount lion ... i have 10 6 8 ?

i just change my hard disk with the same capacity and i start up my computer with original cd and update it until 10 6 8 now i cant download mount lion ,,,,, when i try to dowen load it ,,,,, safari cant open this page ,,,,,,, for information i have mount lion befor i formate ,,,,,, any help ?
