lot of things could have caused this, but you can try to do this basic step. most of the time it works, press and hold the home and power button.
**make sure that you don't have any protective film on the glass though. ^^.

I tried that but it did not really worked, I connected the ph to itunes and I tried to restore it but then it says that there is an error and it cannot find the ph, what else can I do?

what was the error? try to connect the device on another USB port and make sure you are not using any USB hub. if your phone can still be detected on itunes, might as well create a backup and restore it as new. doing that would isolate if the phone have some software issue or it needs service.

what are the errors you get on the process? use another cable. and is that the same pc you have connected your phone before as well?
if issue persist, try to do it on another computer or if not possible create a new user account.
worst comes to worst, best option is to go to an Apple Store to have the techs diagnose the device for you, anyways is it still in warranty?
