Hi, the camerа icon dissapeared. How can I put it back to the desktop?
iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 6.1.2
If this is on the main screen you mean, the camera can not just go.
Go to Spotlight search and search for Camera (Before First Screen)
iF IT STILL HAS NOT COME UP, then do a reset in iTunes

Check your restrictions
Settings>General>Restrictions>Camera
If the above doesn't work, Reset Home Screen Layout.

Yes, I mean the camera icon on the main screen.
Spotlight doesn`t search for camera.

Camera and Face Time are not available in Restrictions.
Look at the screenshot. Althouht it is in Russian (because I`m from Russia), you can see that Camera and FT are paler then other icons. And they are not active.
Have you tried a reset?
Hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple logo.

Is your iPad purchased from the UAE?
All iPad from UAE have Camera and Facetime disabled.

It`s OK.
My iPad was purchased from Russia.
Camera icon disappeared a few days ago. Before everything worked well.
You may want to backup and do a Restore.
