Hi my name is pavan,took a brand new apple ipad mini few days back and from the day one i am facing problem with wifi ...the wifi in ipad connects,but it does not work .......tried to solve by resetting the network settings but it did not work ......please tell me how to fix it ..

Have you tried to turn off router for 30 seconds and on again?
i tired everything but nothing worked .....even took the device to another place and checked ,same problem
Send it to Apple for a check.
i live in a remote area in india where even electricity is for a few hrs ,its hard for me to go out ,thats why looking for a online solution
dear apple technical head ........its sad to know that in india your stores are very less and technical staff are not ready to give me any suggestion ......if you see this message .....i would like you to reply me ....
