On top of Safari, I have my customized toolbar. One of the icon tab is iCloud. I have some sites that are on the tab. How do I delete or clear the history of it?

Close those web pages on other devices/computers set up with the same iCloud account.

Simply remove the iCloud button if you can. All you have to do is, click 'Launchpad' in your dock, click 'System Preferences', click the 'iCloud' tab. Now you'll see checked or unchecked boxes against your iCloud preferences. Just uncheck the box against Safari. The iCloud tab will now be gone from your Safari browser.
