I cannot receive Iplayer , other tv or YouTube video material. All I get is the whirling circle. .?

Problem solved. There was a stalled download in my podcasts app.
I signed out of iTunes (Settings-Store-AppleId.) Deleted the podcasts app.
Turned Ipad off, restarted the ipad, signed into iTunes again. Reinstalled podcasts app.
Bingo, working again.
