is this update will make network performance more better as it's effected since previous update 6.1.2

    Carriers make adjustments and changes in their networks all the time. Information in the phone needs to be updated to reflect that. What, specifically, those changes are, only your carrier could tell you. However, they probably won't. You'll just have to update and see.
