magic jack

I am trying to use MagicJack on my Macbook Pro, Mountain Lion 10.8.2, which I just installed a few weeks ago. It does not work now. The keypad comes up but the registration screen just blinks really quickly and you can't do anything, so I have to quit the application. I've chatted with about 9 reps at MagicJack and they even remotely took control of my computer to try to resolve it with no results after about 3 hours. I think there is some kind of conflict with Mountain Lion since MJ used to work on my computer with the previous OS. I even bought a new MagicJack and it did the exact same thing.

Does anyone have suggestions?
