Prepare gift Apple TV with home movies?

Hello Apple TV users,

I would like to gift an Apple TV to a family member (my mother) with some home videos pre-loaded so she can see some special video right out of the box. I already have the video clips in my Movies folder in iTunes.

Is there a way for me to copy these video files to the new Apple TV, but still let my mother use it as a regular Apple TV (rent and buy iTunes with her Apple ID, home sharing etcetera)?

I would like to avoid sending a separate USB drive with the home movies that she would have to import to iTunes and then share to the Apple TV, as she is probably not able to set that up.
