Q: I purchased the iphone 4s from uk and now I am in uk.  The phone was and not used in uk. I after arrival in Pakistan tried ti put the sim but the sim is not recongnised and phone is blocked

I purchased the iphone 4s from uk and I came to Pakistan and the phone was new.  after arrival I placed a pakistani sim but the sim is not recognised and phone is blocked.

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.1
