Hello,
I have a banking app (bank of colorado) that i use regularly on my iPhone and when i got my iPad, it was one of the first things i went to install. When i searched for the app, in both the ipad apps section and the iphone apps section, i could not find the app. I would love an explanition for this and/or a sollution. I does show up in the iphone app store on my iphone, however.

Check under App Store->Purchased. Do you see it on that list anywhere?
It may be an iPhone only App (as in it can't be run on an iPad) so it will not show up when searching from iPad.
You may be able to install it if it is compatible and you can find it in your Purchased list in the iPad assuming you are using the same Apple ID in both devices.

I am looking for an iPad app. On MacBook iTunes, app shows up as working on iPhone, iPod, and iPad. when I go to App Store on iPad, it doesn't show up. It also doens't show up on MacBook App Store.
What app is it?

App Stores are default from my MacBook Pro (Mavericks OS X 10.9.3) App Store 1.3 and iTunes 11.2.1 and from my iPad iOS 7.1.1.
I'm thinking I can download into iTunes on MBP and sync to iPad/iPod. But it's annoying not to find it on iPad App Store. I want it to show me regardless of device and tell me if I can't download it to that device. This just caused me a bunch of confusion and exfra work, rather than just downloading the apps.
Apple is beginning to act like Microsoft. Are you ;istening Apple? (Unlikely)
I found it with no issue on ipad US store. Just had to select iphone apps as they do not offer universal or ipad versions.
