Serial for Logic Studio Upgrade

Hi, I am trying to instal Logic Studio in a New Imac, but it is an Upgrade, so I do not know what serial number must I type in.

I have Logic since Version 5, and have it working fine in another two computers.

The only dics I have is the Logic Studio, Small orange box, and Logic 8, the big black box.

Which ones should I install?

The orange box does not have a serial number.
