why does my minecraft crash?

Hi,

I have a MacBook Pro 13 inch, Mid 2010 with an Intel Core 2 Duo and 8GB of DDR3 and an NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256MB

and I am currently running Mountain Lion, and after I updated my Minecraft does not seem to work right! I will be playing fine with decent frames and after like 5 or 6 minutes my whole computer freezes and then crashes and then shows a screen that says press any key to restart like this:

then my mac reboots, I thought maybe it was java that was causing this but i unistalled and reinstalled and nothing seems to work!!! Please help me here is my crash log:
