Will i loss all my files when i reinstall mac os x
When i start my macbook air, a question mark is flashing...can't do anything. If i reinstall the mac os x, will i loss all my files?

You should try to start your MacBook with the original DVD that shipped with your MacBook then run disk utility on your hard drive to verify/repair your hard drive. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1782.
