sharing music between laptop ipod and ipad

I already have an itunes account set up on my laptop for my ipod nano ... then purchased an Ipad last year and has an itunes account set up on the screen not on my laptop. how do i put the new songs from my ipad onto my ipod and vice versa with old songs? Thanks Katie
