I'm not sure what you mean. There is no web site that will show you the contents of your iPhone. The only way you can view the contents other than on the iPhone itself is through iTunes when your iPhone is connected to your computer.

What "account" are you looking for? Sorry, but again I don't know what you mean.

For apps and media content, sync the content again from iTunes on your computer, or redownload it from the iTunes Store:
