I jailbroke my I-Pod touch (sorry), updated it, the apple logo apeared on and off repeatedly, I held the home + Power button until it shut off, waited a couple days, and now it's shut off and i cant turn it back on.

Jailbreaking voids the Apple warranty and also means that you will not get any support from Apple, including from this Apple forum. Jailbreaking can't be discussed in this Apple forum.
I didnt know that... My friend jailbroke it any way... Is there any way i CAN fix it?
Get your friend to fix the iPod.
Got any tips on how i can COMMAND him to fix it?
Although it is jailbroken it can be un jailbroken by:
Holding down the power and the home button for 10 seconds then
letting go of the power button but carry on holding the home button untill the ipod tells you to connect to itunes.
Connect to itunes then follow the instructions
Problem solved & you dont need someone telling you that apple will not fix your product. He is not apple so if he cannot provide any relevant information to helping he shouldn't pretend to be enforcing apple's warranty t&c's
