how to open 2 Finder windows (2 Bookmarks windows) at the same time

How can I open two Finder windows at the same time? How can I open two Bookmark directories at the same time. The point of both actions is to compare and manage files by comparing what is in different areas and rearrange by draging files to desired areas. My big project is that I have two separate massive folders in my Bookmarks that I'd like to look at side by side to then drag bookmarks from one folder to another, to end up with only one folder. I could do this in Windows but I'm still new at Mac. Thanks in advance for all the help.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

With Finder Open, Right Click on one of the two Folders you wish to view and select "Make an Alias".
I then drag the Alias to my Desktop just for ease of locating and later deletion.
Double Click the Alias to Open it.
Then, using Finder go to the other Folder you wish to view or compare to the one opened via the Alias.
By using this process you can open as many Folders as you can fit on your screen...
Happy viewing.. Gary
