Is there any way I can make my HP printer (photosmart c4780) airprint capable?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.2

No. It's not in the "compatible" list in the HT4356 article above, so you're out of luck.

However, HP may offer some app with a more limited print capability from iPhone. Check the App Store.

You can download FingerPrint by Collobos Software to you PC or Mac, turning it into a print server of sorts. Works really well. www.collobos.com/airprint
