Does anyone know how to fix Compressor 3 when it will not let you submit? It is de-highlighted. You cannot select it. How can I fix this?

How do I fix this? I have re-installed several times. That doesn't work. It will not let me select the second submit button once I select the first submit button. I select submit, then the box opens up and asks for a name and cluster, but it will not let you select it because it is de-highlighted. The cluster does say None, and it only will let you choose None or other. How do I fix this step by step.
