New software was attempting to download but it failed. I was charging I-Pod touch. Download failed. Screen frozen: I-Tunes logo and usb connection shown. When I shut I-POD down & turn on again same image appears.
New software was downloaded but failed. i was charging I_POD Touch at same time. Touch is now frozen with I-Tunes logo and usb picture. When I turn the touch off and turn back on same picture is still there.
