Software for Therapists? Psychiatrist?

Hi,

I don't know where should I post this question. I
just got a Macbook Pro as a present, and I am
switching from a PC.

I use Therapist Helper for my practice, and I was
wondering if there is any application like that one
for the Mac. I would prefer to avoid using
bootcamp/windows and find a 100% solution using my
new mac.

Thank you very much for your posts. They were very
helpful.

What I need is a software to manage my schedule and
billing. I create a dabase with the demographic
information, diagnosis, insurance company and billing
codes and from that database I generate daily
schedules, which can be edited and saved. From that
schedule I can generate monthly bills and claim
forms.

I checked out MacPractice, but it may be more
sophisticated than I need.

Any suggestions?
