Everything works on it besides sound. All it says is it's on headphone mode every time I try and use sound without headphones. If there's no solution, is there anyway i can get it fixed? How much would it cost?

Dropped an iphone in the pool once. Put it into a bag of rice for 3 days. Rice took all the moisture out and everything was good. Worth a shot with your ipod.
I would place it is a sealed container for a week and change tjhe rice daily

Another hint is to dry the rice first in a microwave before using to draw moisture from IPOD.Idea of sealed continer is a good one.
