yo i'm trying to reset my authorization questions to something else but it's sending the reset email to some weird yahoo.vo domain. yahoo.vo isn't even a thing. what is happening.

That is really strange. Are you trying to reset your password or you're downloading an app for the first time? If this is the issue, I strongly suggest to contact apple support and have them transfer you to the account security team
i was downloading an app on my computer for the first time, yes. i tried to get to contact them, but my plan didn't call for the benefits of that. is there a seperate helpline for stuff like this?
I see. Where are you located anyway? You would need to contact Apple Support and they would be able to try to help you in the =ir end first and will be able to transfer you to the Acct Security Team, OR try to reset your password by going to appleid.apple.com first.
