Why Apple LED Cinema display 27" delivery delay more than 10 weeks to Saudi Arabia?

We have set an order on 25th of Dec. 2012 to purchase 40 Apple LED Cinema display 27" through the main distrubuter of Apple in Saudi Arabia (Arab Computers company) till now we didn't receive it and the distributer is telling that the problem from the manufacturing and they don't know whan it will be solved.

Please update us if there is a problem and when it will be solved?
