Iphone5 overseas need help

Apple does not unlock phones. Talk to Sprint to see what needs to be done to get you set up overseas.

Your iPhones 5 could have its GSM SIM port unlocked for non-US GSM carriers. Need to confirm with Sprint.

It should work with full functions if you use it on a supported carrier.

This answer can be given by either Apple or the Dubai Carrier which you intend to use, if they are supported on iPhones. Cheers
