I already reset network settings,restored & rebooted my i4s. My phone bill is not past due. I've taken out my SIM card and repositioned it and I called Sprint tech support and recommended a restoring in which I already did. What else is there to do ? Also, texting is working but not all the time and Internet is working great. Thanks.

Sorry for the typos. Also, I forgot to mention above that the are no outages and when I place a call it is silent with no tone and it acts like its making a call showing a display of calling someone. But when someone try's to call my phone they go straight to voice mail.
If you actually see Sprint network in top left corner, then it sounds like they took your phone offline.
try to use another working simcard ot isolate if its a simcard issue or the phone.
Would be a good idea if that was att phone. Otherwise sim card provides LTE speed only.
The sim card in a Sprint iPhone 4S is for use while traveling Internationally. You need to go to a Sprint store & have them verify service for your phone. If they claim everything is OK on their end, and you've already restored your phone, a trip to an Apple store would be next to insure you don't have a hardware issue.

Picky, picky today. My ipad 3 has no problem to support LTE, if we are being picky. For the purpose of that thread moving sim is useless if we are not being picky.
Nothing to do with being "picky", everything to do with factual accurate information. Your initial post is simply inaccurate with regards to an iPhone 4S.

And it this was the iPad forum, that would be relevant. It's not.
If sim card was providing service to sprint phone then our respected senior's addition would be relevant as well. Otherwise it was picky, and it was not relevant.
The OP was the one who brought up the SIM. All wjosten did was explain what it's used for in a Sprint phone.

Yes the sprint network is showing in the top right corner. So check this out. My BF and I are sitting next to each other , we both have the 4s, Just on a whim I decide to test my phone out and call him. Boom the call goes through. So I'm like right on my phone works. Woke up this morning and called him again just to double check and nothing my phone is back to the original problem. The screen just says "calling" but no tone. So I will mosey on down to apple today and see wth is going on with my phone. Thanks for your feedback.
