error 80004005

Hi there,


I've received an error message 80004005 while I was trying to import a particular video from iphone to computer. I was not syncing by itune but just import directly from phone to computer. Is that a problem of my iphone or computer softwares? ( however, my itune and quick time are up to dated) Please help .. I need the video urgently... Thank a lot
