Network connection stalling

About every day my iPhone 5 loses its LTE network connection. I notice it happens more in the morning after it disconnects from my home wifi. But it has happened to me mid-day. It shows the it's connected to LTE at the top, but all I get is warning prompts from any app that needs an Internet connection. I've tried turning on and off airplane mode and network connections in settings to no avail. The only thing that fixes it is a reboot. Once I reboot it, I get all my missed messages, emails, etc., all at once.

Has anyone else seen this?
