i have a Macbook Pro OS X 10.8.2. I back up to an external harddrive with time machine.

Can I burn a disc from time machine directly which will have all my iphoto?

Next question is can I restore ONE event in Iphoto, from time machine and not an entire library?

These are two different questions, one is restoring and one is burning a disc without restoring.
