Updates doesn't work in AppStore.

Hello! I have update baloon on AppStore icon . But When I start AppStore populars , genius work but when I click Updates it doesn't work , there isn't anything . Just a empty white page . I maked hard reset , Logout and signed in again from my Apple account but the problem didn't solve . I don't want to make restoring. Is there any other way to solve it without restoring . Please help me . Thanks .
