no sound on iphoto slideshow although song is set and sound is on
iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
What system and iPhoto versions are you running? Where is the audion track from? What theme are you using? Have you tried creating a differnt slideshow with music? Have you tried changing the track?

I am having the same issue- running OX 10.9 and iPhoto V11
In iTunes go File -> Library -> Organise Library -> Reorganise Library.
Then quit and restart iPhoto.
Credit to user keysandfood who figured that one out.

there is no orginise library... i can't find it... i have the new updated Mac iPhoto
