Q: Why won't it let me select the downgrade to 5Gb.  It lets me put a tick against it but the done button does not activate

Why won't apple let me downgrade to 5Gb.  I follow the instructions but when selecting downgrade the tick appears next to 5Gb but the done button does not become active.
