hi my name is gustavo and a have an iphone 4s, and i upgrade the system and then i lost my pictures and contacts, then i can not acces to my facebook with my app that i have had download allready........ i don't know what to do.......

Try restoring to your last backup.
how do i do that?
Connect it to your computer, open iTunes, click on the name of your phone in itunes, go to the Summary tab of your iTunes sync settings, click Check for Update or Update. (iTunes may automatically detect that an update is available and offer to download and update your phone.)
After it's done erase all content and settings, go through the setup screens again and choose Restore from iCloud Backup.

You could try restoring an earlier iCloud backup or an iTunes backup, if you have one. If not, there's really nothing else you can do.
when you upgrade your phone (or replace it), only what you backed up to iCloud can be downloaded to the new phone. Things you put on it from your computer such as photos, often users do not put that on iCloud and so it appears lost. So you have to review in iTunes what you are putting on iCloud and what you are not to be sure the address book and photos get backed to iCloud. In this case you need to reconstruct the photos and music and address book and manually put back on the phone and for the future, adjust your settings in iOS to back everything to iCloud if that is what you want to do.
