I've restored my ipod classic 80gb, still broke?

I've restored my ipod classic 80gb but its still broke. When i unplug it, it says its full up(even though theres nohing on there) and now when i plug it back into to itunes it comes up with the restore message again, then error 1439, what do i do, ive tried formatting it though my computer and it doesnt work. 😟
