How too unlock my iPhone 4s

Stupidly I have entered my pass code on my phone too many times wrong so is saying iPhone is disabled .... When I connect to intunes to back it up and restore it it says I can't because my iPhone has a passcode! I don't know what else too do other than go into the apple store??? Any suggestions ??
