I was just thinking, wouldn't it be beneficial to have an option for the caller to be able to ring a phone as an emergency?

As in, for those of us who have a phone at work but wish not to be disturbed.

Unless the phone rang notifiying you that it is imperitive you answer.

Using a ringtone that only caters to emergency might be a big help.

I realize policing this would be up to the owner of the phone and their callers, but still.

If some terrible thing had occured, or it was duely pertintent the call was imediately responded to

This option could be a make or break feature enabling contact at the required time.

Just an idea.
