disabled my iphone when i forgot my passcode help?

I have disabled my Iphone 4s by trying my passcode to many times. It is telling me to Connect to Itunes but i cannot even get it to connect, it is saying Emergency Calls only! Is there a a way to fix this without loosing my contacts, maybe a quick fix, or bypass?

Please Help!!

If it has been disabled after entering the wrong passcode - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212.

Unfortunately, you must restore it in iTunes on your computer. There is no way to retrieve a forgotten pass lock code.

You will need to restore your device from the same computer that you most recently synced to. See - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414.
