I want to use my internet Data on my laptop but there is no option for personal hotspot how can i configure this and if i have to adk my operator or service provider for the configuration than what are those configurations that i should ask my operator to provide me please help

Your mobile carrier supports tethering/personal hotspot.
Also, your data plan with your carrier should include a tethering option.
yes my Carrier supports this ..... i am sure about this because if i use my same Connection on Sony Xperia cell i can use this tethering and it really works but than why i am not getting this option on my IOS 5.1.1
