SDIR and pst in Logic 9

Can anyone help me with this? I have Logic 9 installed and whenever I try to call up a Space Designer preset I get a message that the SIDR file can't be found. There are a huge number of pst presets (Library/ Application Support/ Logic /Plugins) (from Logic 8), but I can't open them. I found some SDIR files in Library/Audio/Impulse Responses ... however there are only a handful of them. How do I use the many great pst files ... after some online searches on the topic I'm not any further along.

Logic Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8), Logic 9

Did you download all the additional content and checked that it all downloaded correctly and fully?

Logic Pro menu bar.... Logic Pro/Download Additional Content and make sure all the boxes are checked...

The two locations you gave, are the correct locations for both the presets and the SDIR files...

(Make sure you are looking in the Local Library (Found in the Root folder of your System Drive) and not the User Library....found in your User Folder)
