I keep getting a response that All Devices are Offline. I tried again this morning and its telling me there is a problem connecting to the Network. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. John

If the devices are offline, there's nothing you can do. The device needs to be powered on, have an active Internet connection and not to have been wiped for the location to have a chance as being available.
