send specific caller to voicemail

How do you send a specific caller to voicemail. Always want to send that caller to voicemail.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.2

Thks for your reply. A silent ringtone gets me partly there. I just want no notification of this persons call unless they leave voicemail. it is just annoying to interrupt my calls or what ever i am into at that moment. I figured my droid had this feature and iOS should have a software patch for. Dont get me wrong I love my Apple products. 😎

Double tap the Sleep/wake button when the call comes in, goes straight to Voicemail. Or, assign a silent ringtone to this contact, while the call will still come, your phone won't ring & the call when then go to Voicemail.
