Cannot Delete Corrupted Provisioning Profiles in iPhone Configuration Utility

Hi,

I need help, my iPhone Configuration Utility in Windows keep showing a few corrupted Provisioning Profiles.

Cannot delete them, will show

First Prompt

"iPhone Configuration Utility was unable to delete the <name> profile."

Second Prompt

"Could not delete provisioning profile. Unknown Error"

If try to overwrite them with a new profile, will show a Prompt

"<name>.mobileProvision does not appear to be a valid Provisioning Profile"

Saw on thread mentioned it store data in a location

Windows stores it:

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileDevice\Devices

After finding the folder, there is nothing inside, deleting it doesn't help.

Please help, I search every where and google, nothing works.

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.2, iPhone Configuration Utility
